Pulling back a line item from order entry
- In the Order Entry screen, click the small calendar icon in the top-right of the order.
- Select the line item you want to pull back, and click OK.
- This will make that line item available again to be scheduled. It will also delete all its production data. Labels will need to be re-printed when the unit is rescheduled.
- If the line item was already optimized in OPTI-GLASS, the glass will still be included in the optimization, but instead of showing the glass information, it will just display "PB" and the color will be grey. (This is how OPTI-GLASS identifies pulled back items)
Conditions that will prevent line item pullback:
- Line item pullback is disabled once the order has a ship date.
Pulling back a complete schedule
Pulling back a schedule works in a similar way to pulling back a line item, but applies to the entire schedule.
- In schedule maintenance, right click on a schedule and click here:
Conditions that will prevent schedule pullback:
- Schedule pullback is disabled once the order has a ship date.
- Schedule pullback is disabled once a line item was optimized in OPTI-GLASS.
