Add a 'String Value' named LogFile to the registry path in RegEdit: 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Fenetech\FeneVision CORE\CapacityPlanning'
The value of 'LogFile' will be the full path where the file should be created. For example C:\Temp\file.txt
Note that every time an order is created or replanned, this file will be overwritten.
