For QuickBooks export errors on a client PC, verify the following:
- The QuickBooks interface and any accompanying prerequisites are installed on this PC.
- The interface comes from a separate installer than the CORE installer. It is usually stored in a folder called Accounting in the Installs folder of the FeneVision database server.
- The same folder will contain any other prerequisite installs (usually named something like QBFC11 or similar).
- The user has QuickBooks installed locally on their PC.
- The QuickBooks company file is open directly on the user's PC (not through RDS or remote apps).
- The QuickBooks company file is being opened directly from the path specified in Core > Accounting > Setup > General Settings > Company File Path.
- There are no prompts/warnings appearing in QuickBooks at the time of export.
