If WEB is offline, the first step is to get a detailed error message from Event Viewer on your WEB server. See: How to find FeneVision Errors in Event Viewer
Important file paths used by WEB:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\FeneTech Shared\Config
- Contains the wc.config and roeweb.config files on the WEB server
- C:\inetpub\wwwroot\WEB\wwwroot
- Contains files related to the appearance of WEB (icons, images)
