Troubleshooting note: There is an application pool in IIS called ASP.NET v4.0 FeneVisionAccPacWebServicesAppPool which this interface relies on. That application pool has a user assigned to it. It is good to check that the credentials for that user are properly configured on the application pool if you are troubleshooting a connection issue with the interface.
