Getting the backup file
By default, 3 days' worth of FeneVision databases are backed up to a local drive on your database server. Typically, one of these backups can be used for a ticket if it contains the order/schedule/release/etc. for the ticket. The file path on your database server is usually something like:
E:\SQLBackups\ServerName\DatabaseName
If you need to create a fresh backup for the ticket, Microsoft provides instructions for creating a database backup in SQL Server Management Studio here:
Sending the file
Once you have retrieved or created the .bak file, upload it to FeneVision Support using the Azure Uploader attached to this article. Enter the support ticket number and send it to the email address your support agent provides to you.
