We are committed to resolving your issues efficiently; however, effective technical support requires mutual cooperation and polite communication. Individual accounts may be restricted or terminated by the support manager if a requester engages in persistent disruptive behavior that hinders the support process, including:
- Hostile or Aggressive Communication: Employing demands-based, non-constructive, or abusive tone (e.g., multi-exclamation messages or excessive shouting) that prevents effective assistance.
- Intimidation and Channel Demands: Using ultimatums, aggressive hostility, or persistent demands to alter standard support channels or bypass security protocols.
- Refusal to Engage in Diagnostic Support: Demanding immediate solutions while actively refusing to answer essential clarifying questions, provide necessary account details, or follow standard troubleshooting steps.
- Spamming: Intentionally overwhelming support channels with dozens of duplicate tickets, automated messages, or repeated phone calls designed to disrupt operations.
- Deceptive or Fraudulent behavior: Deliberately falsifying information, forging technical evidence, or impersonating other users.
In the event an individual account is suspended, another designated representative from your organization may serve as the primary point of contact for support.
