The first step for troubleshooting Delivery app errors is to uninstall the app and download it again from the app store.
Routes whose Target Ship Date is more than 15 days in the past will not appear in the app. These routes can be closed through Route Maintenance.
Attached you will find the Delivery Setup and Troubleshooting guide and the user manual (English only). These documents only apply when using FeneVision CORE version 18.1 or earlier. 18.2+ uses an API for the connection (instead of a service), that is not reflected in the documentation.
