When support requests a part breakdown report to troubleshoot your ticket, follow the steps below:
- In CORE, navigate to Order Entry and search for your order.
- Right-click on the relevant line item and select Part Breakdown.
3. To ensure you are seeing all attributes and not just attributes that are released to production, select {All} from the Attribute Visibility dropdown and generate the report again by pressing the View Report button.
4. Save the part breakdown to a PDF file and attach it to the ticket.
